Internships Germany has a broad network in the hospitality and tourism field, every year we help hundreds of students and companies to connect with each. Students typically look for the following positions:
- Reception and customer service
- Bookings
- PR & Sales, marketing or similar
- Food & Beverage (chefs, waiters/waitresses and bar staff)
Duration
An internship can last between 3 and 12 months, though the duration will be established by the university and the educational plan.
For Erasmus internships, there are 3 standard periods:
- June - September
- September - February
- February - June
Legal framework
In Germany, internships are regulated under the framework of the "German Federal Employment Agency Zentrale Auslands- und Fachvermittlung (ZAV)".
Internships Germany works directly with official universities from all over Europe and students who need to do a curricular internship during their education.
An internship agreement will be made between the student, the company and the university.
Internships Germany will guarantee that all the internships arranged are in accordance with the law but we do not provide work or internship contracts.
